Returns and Refunds

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within 14 days. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty Products

In the rare event of receiving a faulty item please notify us within 3 calendar days of the receipt of the product with details about the problem.

We will arrange a refund after having received satisfactory proof of the fault, in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law. Unfortunately there is only one of each of my handmade products therefore replacement is not possible.

I reserve the right to take photographic evidence of the product before it is send out.

Exclusions
The cancellation right does not apply to certain items, such as personalised or made-to-order products, where permitted by law.
